Sadly been that way a long time in most places. Oh, such a nice lobby though. If you work there and complain to mgmt you get fired on fake charges.
And health dept inspectors are usually known when they to come by inside info.
Most need to be with family anyway. Yes they are a burden but their child was once a burden too.
