The POLICE….Loved That Synchronicity Album

I think I was about 18-19 when this album came out. A couple months out of High School. This instantly brings me back to Pacific Grove, California. I had just graduated and was ready to enter College. I had a major setback and waited until 1984 to enter college. But, I can remember driving thru the Monterey tunnel singing this song. So many memories.

Here is a tribute for ya’all… Especially Our blog pal, and brother in the Lord, Cleveland Foxer since he graduated HS a little before me.

The lyrics to this song are really incredible.

Have a great weekend,

Shabbat Shalom and Happy Church 🙂

I Really Miss The 1980’s

~I was listening to Duran Duran last night. I couldnt even sleep.  It brought me back. We had a country. We laughed out loud. We spoke our minds. Yep, we wore big shoulder pads and had gigantic hair. We loved our country. We had a Prez that made us feel good about America.  There was no ‘p.c.’ crap.

I feel so lost in this mess, now.  All I know is this is not America. I dont know WTF it is, and cannot pin-point what type fascistic regime these authoritarians want, but none of it is American. NONE.

My all time favorite 80’s song:

Keep your damned “change”, just gimme back my 80’s.
