The POLICE….Loved That Synchronicity Album
I think I was about 18-19 when this album came out. A couple months out of High School. This instantly brings me back to Pacific Grove, California. I had just graduated and was ready to enter College. I had a major setback and waited until 1984 to enter college. But, I can remember driving thru the Monterey tunnel singing this song. So many memories.
Here is a tribute for ya’all… Especially Our blog pal, and brother in the Lord, Cleveland Foxer since he graduated HS a little before me.
Have a great weekend,
Shabbat Shalom and Happy Church 🙂
Thanks Pauli! I remember every one of those songs from High School to College. I have 2 import singles from the Police: Invisible Sun (UK pressing) and Synchronicity 1 (Japanese pressing). The bass on Spirits In The Material World is superb!
I must make one comment about Sting: in Can’t Stand Losing You, he looked like he was sporting the Elton John meets Waldo look with those glasses! 😄😄😄😄😄
Reblogged this on Boudica BPI Weblog.
King of Pain is an under-rated song. It is, remarkable.
Great album.
I love the Police! Especially this album
Loved the Police! Hubs and I saw Sting in concert when I was pregnant with baby #4 – back in fall 2000. Be blessed P!
