Vice President Biden, under intense pressure from some Democratic Party officials and Cabinet members to invoke Article 25, Section 4 of the Constitution and have Obama temporarily or permanently removed as president because of his mental incapacity to fulfill his constitutional oath as president is reluctant to take such drastic action. Biden feels that the country would “become unglued” after such action and he doesn’t want to be the one who would be responsible for “picking up the pieces,” according to a source who works within Biden’s office….the whole story:

Let the joint chiefs of staff arrest him and his entire staff and hold hearings, but beware the pres has his own army of lawyers. He the pres has declared war the day he took office by every move he made which is documented to disarm and out spend and to the point where America is facing total collapse. Putting our entire military forces at risk for lack of funding. While Americans are unemployed he spends, there is no transparency with anything he does, his rise to power was started many years before this election campaign took place… There is no time left a peacefull bloodless coup needs to happen for the sake of all American interests. It would e better for a united America if democrats and Joe Biden and other members of his cabinet announced to the American people that he will be arrested for treason upon his return from his spending spree. The disgrace he has shown to the American military for not sending in a prayer for the murdered soldiers at the Fort Hood massacre has further undermined with disrespect the moral convictions of our armed forces throught out the world. What he has done is not left wing or right wing which will unite All Americans of all faiths colors and religions to stand together as a peacefull loving nation to show the world that all races creeds peacefull muslims hold the American flag and constitution of the United States of America as the highest flag in our nation. Sharia law must be treated as the creeping enveloping cancer that it is to maintain dignity for free people throughout the world. Now is the perfect time to deploy and arrest the entire entourage as they arrive home. Obama is illegal and over 80% of the citizens know it. Under Vattel’s Law of Nations on which our contitution brougt in the Natural Born Citizen clause means that a Father and Mother Naturalized or Born on American soil and if they had an offspring born on American soil, the child would be considered Natural Born. If one or both parents were not citizens, then the child could be a citizen, but under no terms could it be considered Natural Born. Obama’s Father was Kenyan and no matter what he does, he cannot be a Natural Born Citizen. If Obama was born in a Port-a-Pot on a Construction site in Chicago, and after cleaning it out they found baby Obama, he would still not be considered Natural Born, because his Father was Kenyan. The same goes for Jindal. When he was born on American soil, neither parent was a citizen at the time, so Jindal was born a citizen, but Not Natural Born. That is the law and no matter how it is twisted, it is still the law.

Hi David, I have been covering this story and watching this since 6/02/2008. I even remember the exact date. He is NOT a citizen and either we are going to impeach this monster or there WILL be a war.
